Warranty

Ovation Hearing Aids are covered against defects in materials and workmanship for 1 year from the time you receive your order. If after our examination it is determined that the unit failed to work due to parts, materials or workmanship we will repair or replace it for free. If, during the examination, it is determined that the hearing aid is non-defective a service charge will be assessed to return the device to working order and ship it back to the customer.*

This warranty does not cover malfunctions due to unusual wear and tear or mistreatment of the hearing aid, such as physical shock, damage from moisture or sweat, excessive wax build-up, or tampering with the instrument - all of which void the warranty.

Devices requiring service - either standard service or as part of a warranty claim - will be returned to customers within 2-3 weeks after they are received at the Ovation Hearing Repair Center.

* Standard service charge for non-defective hearing aids is $60 per device.
